Choice Privileges has again published a new promotion where you can earn a free night at some of their hotels for just two stays. Members of Choice Privileges who maintain an address in Europe can earn 12,000 points when staying twice at Choice Hotels properties.
After two separate qualifying trips at Choice Privileges hotels, each with arrival date between 27 February 2014 and 14 May 2014, enough points will be added to a member’s account to reach the 12,000 point level, which can be redeemed for one free night at any one of over 125 participating hotels in Europe. Or, of course, for any other redemption option available.
As usual with such promotions from Choice Privileges, for Comfort, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion, Cambria Suites, or Ascend Hotel Collection hotels, a trip is defined as a stay that is any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs. Fro Econo Lodge, Rodeway Inn, Suburban Extended Stay Hotel, or MainStay Suites hotels, a trip needs to be a 2-night stay to be eligible.
For me this promotion sounds quite good. As I understand it, you will earn 12,000 points after two stays, not the usual 8,000 points. Of course, these are not 12,000 bonus points, but the total of regularly earned points and bonus points will be 12,000. And, as luck would have it, I am planning to have two stays in May, where my last check-in will be before 14 May 2014. So I guess that should count. The terms and conditions do only note arrival dates but not dates until then stays must be completed.
Well, I am looking forward to receiving some more bonus points than previously expected!
